The sides folds so that the lid constantly lies on top and distributes pressure on the entire design in both upright and folded position so that the containers can be easily stacked.
The structure is built using soft hinges consisting of rubber strip which holds the sides of the packaging and lid. This makes the hinges very strong, so they can withstand shocks without deformation. The discs are made of corrugated plastic.
It is easy to remove the rubber strip to replace it or a disc if they are broken.
The bottom is made in one piece and shaped to make it robust.
